Clearly, the ratings have been screened so the poor ones don't show.
Poorly managed, false expectations created using photos, inaccurate location details that make it difficult to find, no one answers the phone, even though reception is "open" from 10-00am - 10.00pm.
It goes on and on.
It was so bad, I abandoned the property, loosing money but it was just terrible.
Why Expedia support properties like this, defies logic!
