The front desk staff was none welcoming. We’re bilingual so that wasn’t the issue, it was their approach. Reserved a balcony room with ocean view. Had the ocean view but you could stand shoulder to shoulder but no way could you sit. Expressed concern and they wanted to up charge us to change rooms. Disappointing. No entertainment, bar was closed, restaurant was more closed than open, and place was empty.

There are no elevators; the hotel it is not suitable for old people. The front desk people are not friendly, and do not help on getting rooms where the access is easier. Carrying luggage up and down the stairs it is a royal pain, specially if you are not young anymore. I stayed 3 nights and my room was cleaned only once, the toilet was leaking really bad, we had to keep requesting for clean towels. Wi-fi wasn’t working, a tech came and installed a repeater, but ask us to take it to the front desk at our departure time. We went to the restaurant for a cup of coffee, but were told that we could only have it if we paid the buffet, but could buy the coffee to go only… do not care if you are guest at the hotel Overall: I am never going to stay at that hotel, neither recommend it to any one.
