Great hotel but can be better
The hotel stay was overall comfortable and room is spacious, it is also relatively clean. However the lift were old and there was once when the lift was not levelled with the ground which was quite dangerous. The pillows were not great and we had to stack them up for more comfort. We were also not able to get extra pillows each as they said they had limited supply. It would be great if we could get the choose different types of pillows.

First stay in Taiwan and we had an enjoyable stay. The king size room was perfect for 2 of us, much more space than I could’ve asked. The staff were really great and considerate. Truly the only complaint I have is the shampoo is too watery… but they do provide more. Thank you for hosting us!
