The front desk staff were very nice. The hotel itself fell extremely short and is not worth staying there. There was graffiti on the front of the hotel, the condition of the property, halls, and room was horrible. The high price per night did not line up with the expected quality or vibe. My only complaint is if you stay in a room that looks over the courtyard, be prepared to wake up at 7:30 every morning from the noise. Breakfast starts at 7:30 and the dining area is in the courtyard, so all the noise made echoes and reverberates up to the rooms. I know the staff has to do their job to get ready but it really was impossible to sleep through.

Our stay is just ok. The staff were very nice. What I didn't like was the bathroom. The water is leaking out from the shower floor. I asked them to fix it but it was still leaking and they couldn't move us to a different room. The location is also good.
