Extremely Disappointing
We had called ahead when booking to make sure the pool would be open. Yes. Wrong. It was closed for the duration of our stay. We asked if roll aways were available. Yes. Wrong. None available either night. We asked if we could move to another room. No. Supposedly no other rooms were available, even though there were only 14 cars in the parking lot. We tried to cancel our second night to stay elsewhere but because we booked through Hotels.com we couldn’t. Hoop was broken on basketball court. No cookies. Breakfast only went until 9AM and even then they were out of all the pastries by 8:10AM. We typically ONLY stay at RI’s but after this miserable experience we’ll be looking for something new.
