Staff was not helpful Make sure about bus reservation, most of the time bus is full to Florence and you won't get space and you have to wait for hour for next shuttle. Staff very bad, won't prefer to stay

Kids loved the pool. Beds were nice, but there was not much free place around the double bed. Wi-Fi did not work throughout our three nights stay though the personal kept on saying it was being fixed.

Worst BED in the world/Europe?

Probably the worst bed in the world, definitely the worst bed in Europe. The sad story about this ,is actually the response from the staff. When I noticed the staff about this problem, it felt like they did not care at all. I found mold in the bathroom, just look at the pictures. I believe I got sick because of very bad ventilation.

Room was fine- ac was a bit loud, beds were clean, bathroom had one tiny bottle of 2 in 1 shampoo/body wash and 1 roll of toilet paper (they only supply enough toilet paper for one day and then you have to buy more in the market). The property itself had a pool (nice for lounging, not so much for swimming), a market, and restaurant (both overpriced). There’s a shuttle to Florence but it only runs from 9:30-7 so you can’t get breakfast or dinner in the city (hence the overpriced restaurant and market). Overall the property has everything you need, but just expect to pay for it.

The room is nice, price is good. But the swimming pool hours are not convenient as they open only from 11-7p so you cant check out City of Florence much if you want to use their pool. The room is nice but the view is not as good as all we see are the back of the other Bungalows. No internet in the room ( we stay at the new Bungalow areas). Dusty area in front of the cabin as they layer with small rocks. Its far from the bus stop ( about 11-13mins) and dangerous to walk to the bus stop as there is no side walk. It costs about 40$ for 1 way taxi to Florence center.

Vi bodde i den billigaste av husen i november och det var jättekallt i det. Vi hade igång värmen hela tiden, men det blev fuktigt och kallt inomhus. Annars var det helt okej. Säkert och med eget badrum med varmt vatten så man kunde duscha. Mycket bra bemötande av personalen. Wifi var sådär.

Campeggio nuovo, ben curato. Abbiamo soggiornato in una tenda glamp e la pulizia era ottima, parcheggio riservato per ogni alloggio. Piscina con ombrelloni e lettini troppo fitti, forse causa il periodo ferragosto e perché credo facciano entrare gli esterni per uso piscina. Area bimbi sacrificata con due soli giochini. Ristorante abbastanza buono, noi abbiamo preso la pizza, ma per i nostri gusti l'abbiamo trovata un po' gommosa. Servizio un pochino lento, ma personale giovane e molto gentile, con voglia di fare. Di sicuro hanno potenziale per migliorare! Accettano animali, molti cani presenti.

Super camping pour les familles

Super camping avec mobilhome modernes, tout le camping vient d'être rénové. Les piscines sont flambant neuves et parfaites pour les enfants. Il y a beaucoup de transats et ils sont gratuits. Le service de navette est parfait pour visiter Florence. Le bus part directement du camping pour arriver en ville de Florence.
