À fuir si vous espérez dormir Expérience absolument désastreuse dans cet hôtel. Des bruits incessants de chariots du personnel ont eu lieu jusqu’à 2 heures du matin, puis ont recommencé dès 6 heures du matin. Résultat : une nuit quasiment blanche et impossible de dormir correctement. La sonorisation et l’isolation phonique sont tout simplement horribles : on entend tout, comme si les bruits se produisaient directement dans la chambre. Ce qui est encore plus inadmissible, c’est qu’aucune réponse ni véritable réaction n’a été apportée malgré la situation. Pas la moindre excuse, pas de geste commercial, pas même le sentiment que le problème était pris au sérieux. Quand on réserve une chambre d’hôtel, la moindre des choses est de pouvoir dormir, ce qui est manifestement trop demander ici. Une expérience extrêmement décevante. Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel, surtout si vous êtes sensible au bruit ou si vous avez besoin de repos.

Des ma première utilisation des sanitaires, j'ai constaté que le WC était mal nettoyé. C'était probablement des traces d'urine. Je remonte à l'accueil pour signaler le problème et on me fait comprendre que si je n'étais pas content du service, je pouvais aller dans un autre hôtel.

This is pretty much a self check-in and check-out. The system with cards can be tricky to operate, especially the main door (we were left stuck outside for a significant amount of time around midnight and there was no staff on site to help). Our cards never seemed to work to activate door opening. This hotel wouldn't be suitable to an older generation.

Clean hotel in a good location. We enjoyed our one night stay up to the morning of checkout. We found there to be no running water at all. When down at reception to ask about this issue we found nobody available to help and other guests reporting the same issue. So we were unable to shower before checkout, then a few hours later were informed our 50 euro deposit was being held due to the shower being left running. We feel this is completely unfair as we did not even have access to a shower in the morning and were unable to find any receptionist or staff to help or advise

We stayed 1 night and would recommend Getaway Liege. We got a good deal on the price which always helps. We were able to park a 2 minute walk away for 22 Euros for 24 hours. The studio was perfect for our needs with plenty of space for couple. The kitchenette was very thoughtfully stocked, we didn't cook but it seemed to have everything you would need to do so. The fridge was a great size too. The shower room was spotless and the toiletries supplied looked and smelled good. We used the self check in which was very smooth. I couldn't fault it and would definitely use Getaway studios again.
