Everything was great except the pool and hot tub
The stay was great. Everything was clean except the pool and hot tub. There was stuff floating in both. It was disgusting. The whole reason we stayed at this hotel was for the pool and hot tub and it was just upsetting to see.

The hotel, was pretty clean with friendly staff. Worst part in room I was assigned had an air conditioner unit below, I cod hear heat running loudly during night. Other thing it's right beside hospital, first night busy night kept hearing ambulances duting night. Second night much quiter. Also try booking directly through hotel first instead of hotels.com, could got better rate and trust me trying to speak to hotels.com.

Not Wonderful!
We picked this hotel because of the “wonderful” rating. Unfortunately, it was not wonderful. The carpet in the hall looked like it hasn’t been vacuumed in a long time. Our room was dusty and needed vacuuming. The coffee maker sits in the bathroom which is so gross on the counter which had crumbs and dust around it. I used a wash cloth to clean the counter and the dusty backsplash. The microwave stunk and was dirty. We would definitely not recommend this hotel because it is not clean as was rated.
