Disappointing
I booked there because of the availability of room service and the sauna. Both were not available!!! There was no heat in the bedroom of the suite, and after 3 calls to the front desk, nothing was rectified and we were freezing cold all night. There was no adjustment to the fee we paid. Very disappointing. Also the walk to the room was exceptionally long, through 3 corridors!!! The room was lovely though, and the bed comfortable.

This hotel has a huge indoor atrium and convenient attached parking ($10 a day). The rooms are clean enough and the bed was extremely comfortable. Make sure you get a room close to the elevator to minimize walking. If it is not hosting a conference when you are there, you might feel like you own the place because of the few guests. I found the front desk staff helpful and quite pleasant.

A bit worn
I'm not the type to complain but this spot had no hot water in the morning when we were getting ready to leave. Also the coffee machine only had decaf coffee in the room

Towels and sheets in the room both had stains on them. When fresh sheets were requested I was told that house keeping was gone and they did not know where they were.

Would not recommend
The restaurant attached was pricey and the food was awful. Absolutely no meat or alcohol offerings and service was so bad. They add tip automatically clearly because they know service is awful. Unit door locks are outdated and my keys didn’t work. Property has potential but needs new ownership or management to make necessary improvements

I was disappointed in several ways. When I walked in from the rear lot, i found it hard to find anything including a front desk. Nothing pointed you in any direction. The room was clean and nice. The staff for the hotel were good. The menu was horrible for variety. I did have an issue with the door lock battery being dead so could not enter until that was fixed. When I got in the room after a long day, I was looking forward to getting a bute to est but there was no menu in the room. The wordt part was having to pay fkr parking when leaving. You want to ease peoples stress when leaving and having to find the pay machine to fet ticket stamped is a joke. I also found it very uninviting when you pull in front to get you room tickets. You cant do it. Signs all around the entrance say no parking forcing anyone who wants to use the front entrance to the rear lot then going through finding the concierge desk. The whole experience was weird and not easy to navigate.

The accomodations served our needs for the one night, although the shower door configuration splashed water all over the floor, using up all our towels to clean it up. After 10 days in europe we were excited about laundry opportunity, but the ease of actually using it was challenging. Additionally we asked for late check out, and staff at the front "forgot to tell us" that we needed new keys. Overall an "average" experience.
