Amazing resort and wonderful staff.

We stayed here for a week, and weren’t disappointed. The beach is very chilled and uncrowded unlike in the NE, but still plenty to do. The resort was great as was the food, but the best thing is the wonderful friendly staff, who couldn’t do enough for you. A particular mention for us has to go to Sandra who runs reception ( I think ) We had an accident leading to my wife being in hospital and all out grand plans having to change/Cancel. Sandra was incredibly professional and kind, going out of her way to help us with our issues and liaising with the airlines etc for us. She ( and her staff ) were a credit to the hotel. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Stayed in a beachfront pool villa. Wonderful experience overall. Villa was perfect for a family of 3. Only change we would suggest is putting in a door to separate the toilet from the rest of the bathroom, and a door handle to make it easier to open the sliding bathroom door.

Absolutely lovely hotel with great facilities. Staff very welcoming and could not fault the place. I read the reviews regarding the busy round but it really isn’t a problem at all. Close to night market and everything you need. They provide lots of mosquito repellants and really look after you! I left my safe open one day with all my money etc in and came back to room and nothing was touched. Highly recommend this hotel!

The property is in a great location with very good facilities and quiet considering the entrance is on a busy road. Some features such as the bathrooms whilst very clean and well equipped could be better thought through for example it was too dark to shave properly. Also the hours for the gym and games room were too short and should be extended. Staff were excellent and very helpful and the breakfast overlooking the bay was great.

Staff are excellent, breakfast is fine, bed is comfortable. Difficulty booking taxi online (grab taxi) as drivers say nearby taxi drivers block them from coming in, and then the hotel charges almost double the rate to use their transport instead. A lot of mosquitoes everywhere around the resort.
