Amazing
I came down to watch my son play vs SDSU. Everything about the hotel was top tier. From the check in the room the service the food and drinks. Was conveniently located close to my son’s teams hotel and a 10 min uber to the stadium. I would stay here anytime I’m in town.

Room was nice and big, really great location and wonderful staff. The only issue we had was the beds were really uncomfortable. The biggest factor that makes me return to any hotel is how comfortable the bed is

This hotel has gone downhill. Bathroom was dirty. We thought the toilet was going to come off the wall. Maid service left us with a 1/2 roll of toilet paper for 3 days. Had to call to get more. The dining is non existent. This hotel is geared towards business travel, not vacation travel. So when you have plans, by the time you get back, food, drink's, everything is closed. Took 7pm cruise. Got back by 10p and they're closed. We slept in. Got up bout 845-9am. Took showers, got ready, downstairs by 10am, everything is closed. Morning is 6-10, evening is 430-10. I'm on vacation! I'm not at my hotel at 6pm and I'm not down there by 7am. If you're vacationing, there's WAY better hotels and they're geared more towards vacationers. If you stay here, good luck not falling off the toilet.... Good news though, I'll never have to go back and I can now delete my Marriott app and only use hotels.com..... Don't say you weren't warned!

Poor Stay
Seemed under staffed, and the staff that was there was scrambling to keep up. Check in took a long time, the 1st room smelled so bad of marijuana I had to change rooms. The restuarant food takes forever and seems the system in place is not organized. Not likley to return as the room is in need of at least changing out the damaged stained furniture. I would not even sit on the couch in the room.

One of my only drives was a I waited in the lobby for 3 hours to check in they were pretty firm about their check-in times being 3:00 other than that everybody was nice friendly they listen when you put the do not disturb sign would stay there again
