The perfect location - close to the airport and Chaweng/Samui Central, but far away enough for quiet relaxation. The staff are incredible and so lovely! The family pool villa was a generous size with lots of privacy. This was our second time too stay at Nora Beach Resort and can't wait to go back.

Positive: we had a beach Villa with private pool, was nice and spacious. Negatives : resort wifi was weak and unreliable. They gave us a pocket wifi that worked great for couple days until it did not. They changed our pocket twice…still very weak wifi…tech guy came to set us up with a ‘’private connection’’ but it was in & out, again not reliable…Breakfast was just ok, seems they had a difficult time keeping up the paste refreshing dishes, other mornings, options were mainly noodles, rice, pasta. Some staff members were obviously happy to assist us as for some others, it was obviously a burden. The gym is minuscule, they added so many equipment that there are no room to move around.

Property is under construction, beach is close. Pool area with heavy machinery, therefore you wont be able to see the sunset or the beach from the pool. Beach closed also. The pictures are not the same as you see on expedia. Last day water was cut off, we had to take a shower in another room. 7115 to be more exact. You will lose your money. Worst bday and 10 aniversary

There had been some damage due to a storm or wave that decimated parts of the beach. Because of this there was a bad smell in one of our two rooms and there was beach construction and water shut off scheduled. However the staff were very accommodating and offered us a comped meal etc as a preemptive apology for the mess(mind it was a natural disaster) they were doing their best to clean up. The property itself was beautiful and our half day at the spa facility was amazing. I would return for a longer stay next time.

Nora Beach Resort & Spa is not in the centre of the hustle & bustle of Chaweng Beach, but not too far away and they have a shuttle service to take you there and back. We stayed in one of the beautiful beach front villas with a private pool. The room is gorgeous and spacious and the pool and outdoor area is lovely and very private! Spacious lounge area with a lounge and a couple of chairs, spacious bedroom, plenty of cupboard space and a beautiful bathroom with shower & bath. The only thing I would have liked is a mattress option as the mattress was way too hard for us. The ocean is just outside, so you hear the sound of the waves crashing which is lovely. They have had a lot of erosion from stormy weather lately, so there was alot of sand missing and you couldn't walk out to the water, but they are in the process of repairing this. The staff at the resort are plentiful and attentive and our room attendant was lovely (Apel), she always added some flowers and made sure our water supply was abundant! The restaurant was good, a nice selection of both Thai and western food and right on the beach. The complimentary breakfast was great, so much to choose from and the egg station was a great addition. The spa is amazing, the massage we had was most relaxing. I would highly recommend this resort if you're looking for a quieter stay on Koh Samui! Thankyou Nora Beach!

Short stay at Nora beach hotel

The room itself was ok for a night or two, however the pool area and the beach were not up to expectations, since there is actually no beach, the pool was underwhelming, and the towels had a very bad smell. Moreover, the food quality was not that great and quite overpriced.

Un beau resort

Beau resort avec de beaux jardins bien entretenus, une belle piscine avec un pool bar sympa. et une belle plage. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propre mais le mobilier date. Une rénovation des chambres s'impose. Nous avons eu 2 chambres communicantes avec chacune leurs defauts dû a l'âge des chambres. La porte en bois qui mène vers notre bungalow cest fendue et nous est presque tombée dessus. Heureusement que personne ce trouvait là où elle est tombée cela aurait pu etre grave! Lhotel en soi est très sympa mais un peu ennuyeux ( manque d'ambiance). Il y a une mini salle de fitness mais il manquerait un billard ou baby foot voir table de ping pong. Le gros désavantage de cet hotel est le personnel qui n'est pas tres souriant et ne parle quasi aucun anglais. Les personnes les plus souriantes et les plus sympa étaient les femmes de ménage! Ce qui nous a dérangé énormément est le service au restaurant. Ils sont pressés de débarrasser la table avant qu'on ai terminé et nous font sentir cela. Lorsque nous commandons un cafe le matin , il est systématiquement oublié. L'hôtel est situé à 5 minutes de l'aéroport et a 10 min du centre de Chaweng. Dans l'ensemble je recommanderai ce resort mais peut-être pas avec des adolescents qui risquent de s'ennuyer.

Nora beach is a paradise on Koh Samui, pur ocean villa was situated in a beautiful tropical garden, cleaned every day, the staff was very nice and helpful. If there is stg where I would recommend a little improvement is cleaning sun beds at the pool bit better + one of the older guys at the pool bar could look less bothered and amswer to "hellos", but itvwas the only person we didnt like. Overall I strongly recommend and would come back! Thank you!

Min familie og jeg tilbrakte to fantastiske uker på dette hotellet fra 28. juni til 6. juli, og vi kunne ikke vært mer fornøyde med oppholdet vårt. Vi bodde i en nydelig villa med eget basseng som lå rett ved stranden. Utsikten mot sjøen var helt utrolig, og det var en opplevelse i seg selv å kunne ta en dukkert i vårt private basseng mens vi nøt synet av det blå havet. Hotellets beliggenhet er perfekt, nær byen Chaweng. Det gjorde det enkelt for oss å utforske området og nyte det livlige bylivet med butikker, restauranter og underholdning, alt innen kort avstand. Det som virkelig gjorde oppholdet vårt spesielt var det utrolige personalet. De var alltid smilende, hjelpsomme og imøtekommende. Ingenting var for mye bry for dem, og de gjorde alt de kunne for at vi skulle ha et best mulig opphold. Vi følte oss virkelig velkomne og godt tatt vare på. Alt i alt var dette oppholdet en uforglemmelig opplevelse. Vi kan sterkt anbefale dette nydelige hotellet til alle som ønsker en avslappende ferie i koh samoi. Vi gleder oss allerede til å komme tilbake!
