Wonderful stay! Pool area was great and, as standard in Thailand, the service was unmatched. Check in was very friendly, but very formal at the same time. Fabulous location

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were so nice and helpful, the pool was beautiful, with some sun beds overlooking the beach. There were balls in the pool for people to use and paddle boards and kayaks on the beach to use. I had a wonderful facial. It is also brilliantly located for the Fisherman’s village. A short easy walk along the road or a shorter slightly less easy walk along the sand. The advantage of being a little way down the beach is tranquility.

We absolutely loved the place. The only drawbacks, if one considers them as so, was the darkness of the rooms even with all the lights on. The other drawback was the Wi-Fi. It wasn’t great service. Other than these two things, the place is fantastic.

DayBed Bully

All the staff is very friendly except a bad experience at the day bed provided by the hotel at the beach. We went to use the day bed by the beach. After we settle down and put our things, a hotel staff, Mal, came over with a European guest. He said the day bed was reserved for that lady as she came in the morning. But when we came, the day bed was neat and clean and obviously no one had occupied it. We told Mal that we understand that the hotel has no policy of reservation and usage of daybed is based on first come first serve. But he was relentless. We didn’t want to argue or create a big scene that will spoil our holiday. So we decide to give up the day bed and change to another one which the lady could have jolly well did the same. I have feedback to the front office staff, Nick when we check out that we felt this is a racial bully! And it makes us felt that Asian are not welcome and treated unfairly in this hotel. As confirmed by Nick, there is no reservation policy for daybed. I hope the management can look into this as this is really an unfair treatment to any Asian guest.

My husband and I stayed at this lovely resort for our 10th anniversary. The level of service was outstanding. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Beautiful place, great pool, comfortable room. Nice hotel with a perfect location at Bobhut beach near the fishermen village. Service was superb! We really appreciated the service at the pool/beach and in the restaurant. The restaurant was very flexible and gladly made special meals for our 1,5 year old. The kids pool was a bit deep for really young kids. But the hotel is at the beach so there were other possibilities to play around. Comfortable bed and baby crib! Taxi service provided by the hotel was great and the driver was fantastic, always happy, friendly and drove very carefully!

Etwas enttäuscht, insbesondere vom Frühstück

Nach den ganzen hervorragenden Bewertungen hätten wir vom Bo Phut Resort mehr erwartet. Vor der Anreise wurden wir vom Hotel mehrfach kontaktiert, um uns einen Taxitransfer für 600 Baht anzubieten. Nachdem wir gesehen haben, dass der Transfer bei Buchung über eine App wie Bolt nur etwa 300-350 Baht kostet, haben wir verzichtet. Auch vor Abreise wollte man uns wieder den teuren Transfer verkaufen. Das Zimmer (im Hauptgebäude mit Whirlpool auf dem Balkon) war groß und sauber, roch jedoch etwas muffig. Um das zu übertünchen, stellte man uns einen Duftverdampfer ins Zimmer. Der Hahn am Waschbecken hakte etwas. Das Frühstück war leider die größte Enttäuschung. Viele Sachen waren abgepackt, z.B. kleine Joghurtbecher, und nicht frisch, wie z.B. die Säfte. Auch bei den Backwaren war nicht viel Frisches dabei, es gab z.B. Toastbrot und Fertigcroissants. Alle probierten zubereiteten Speisen schmeckten fade. Kein Vergleich zu unseren anderen Hotels auf der Reise, die alle ein ausgezeichnetes, abwechslungsreiches und frisches Frühstück anboten. Der Strand ist eher durchschnittlich, aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts. Immerhin konnte man Hotelliegen direkt am Strand benutzen und der Service war freundlich. Zum Fisherman's Village muss man ein Stück an der am Hotel vorbeiführenden Hauptstraße laufen. Dort gibt es dann eine gute Auswahl von Geschäften und Restaurants, zum Abendessen empfehlen wir aber besonders Mr. Kai Kitchen direkt an der Straße schräg gegenüber.

Cannot recommend enough!

Service was exceptional. The pool and beach were lovely. It was our honeymoon and they made a huge effort on our arrival with petals in the bath and bedroom decorated.

Vi hadde en fantastisk uke på Bo phut resort & spa ! Vi var veldig fornøyd med alt fra start til slutten på oppholdet. Innsjekk med velkomstdrikk, gratis oppgradering til flott villa 🙂 god service av all personale, samt flott hotell anlegg med gåavstand til koselige fisher manns Village. Vil anbefale hotellet til andre som skal besøke Koh samui.
