Not pet friendly with your wallet.
Got charged for having to clean up a bit for having pets in the room on top of paying the pet fee... also said i ruined a sheet cause of too much pet hair? Bull***t... i just stop payment on the over charge. Do not stay with them if you have pets...

Room smelled
Check in was ok.
We where switched room because we have a small dog. The room didn't have a bed or couch for our son to sleep. He had to sleep on the floor. We asked for extra pillow they said they don't have any. Only have feather pillows and my husband is allergic to the feathers. The room smelled like flea powder. I had my dog 5 years and she has never had any fleas. We had fleas on us when walking around barefoot in the room. We suggest to get ride of the carpet in dog friendly rooms.

I just thought the beds were to uncomfortable and to soft - would have liked it if the bed mattresses were wearing bed bug mattress protectors - and it seemed on side of the bed is higher than the other side of the bed - would have like 4 pillows on each bed instead of only having two on each bed - breakfast was good and the staff was friendly - just the beds are uncomfortable and to soft

at least the staff was nice while nothing got done
Checked in room 502 and instantly notice the carpet felt wet. Figured it was just the room tempurature dfference. About an hour into the room the floor was clearly wet and bottoms of our feet were black. Spoke with the man behind the counter and he gave us room 602. Carpets were also wet and mold on the wall and entertainment center. We stayed in room 502 for the night. The next day they told us house keeping was going to be up in a few minutes to see whats wrong with the floors and if they can shampoo them. They didnt show up and the man gave us another room to check out and it was worse. carpets were dry but there was cat prints all over the intertainment center, carpets were full of grass, and looked like cat pee and old food in the drawers. We stayed in room 502 and the man told us the GM was going to call us the next day (wednesday). I still havent got a call and we were unable to get another room for our vacation because everything was booked for evacuees of hurricane Milton. They alowed more animals in due to this, which is fine, but there was a man there that had no control over his dog and it lunged at my sons and I a few times. The staff took note and did nothing about it.
The rooms clearly have a condesation or humidity problem.
The room doors work about every 4th or 5th try with the key card and there is a gap about 1/2-1 inch so everything going on in the hall or close rooms echo in the room.
I just wanted a clean carpet. never asked for an upgraded room

I enjoyed my stay just a minor issue there was a little mold in the bathroom other than that I would recommend and most definitely coming back an it was very much little nothing major just need a extra eye to double check the cleanliness

Nice hotel and friendly front desk staff. Issue was that we were there for 4 days, and although it was posted all over that they’d come each day to refresh towels and empty trash, no one ever came. I went to the Front desk and got new towels on day 3 and the Front Desk staff was very helpful. Not so much with housekeeping!
