They gave us the wrong room and told us the room I had paid for was already booked. So I got a very small room with two queen beds and they squeezed in one of those folded beds as a 3 rd bed. There was no room to move around it was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was not very clean. No housekeeping came by the entire stay. We had to go up to the front desk everyday to ask for toiletry. No one came to take out trash. The only good thing about this hotel is the cooks that serve breakfast are very friendly and went above and beyond to serve us. I asked if I was going to be charged for the same rate since I got a different room. I was told I was going to be reimbursed but still haven’t received a refund.

Great place to stay!!
The entire hotel was clean & we had a nice size room. Breakfast bar was awesome and the lady taking care of the breakfast bar was super nice both mornings. She made our stay extra nice. Only issue I had, was when we returned to the hotel in the late afternoon, I noticed our towels, wash rags, etc. wasn't replaced by housekeeping. I had to go to the front desk to ask for towels, wash rags etc.

Nice hotel, but we arrived at 4:00 and our room wasnt ready, checkin was at 3:00. Then the manager tried to put us in a smaller room, because she said she didnt know when our room would be ready. They eventually got that fixed and the rest of the stay was nice.
