Sedona dream location
Great location, facilities, room was newly decorated and had everything you could need. Room had a fireplace and a balcony to watch the sun set on the Sedona Red rocks. Central to uptown Sedona. Highly recommend. Staff were super helpful upon check in, Sierra spent time to understand what we wanted to do in Sedona and suggestions on what to see and do. Check out was also simple and efficient.

6/10 Good

Excellent location within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Very helpful check-in staff. The room was an efficiency villa with a patio but very little natural light. The room was dark and very outdated. All of the charging outlets didn't work, broken tile and fixtures in the bathroom, extremely small kitchen counter with no dishwasher or cutlery. There were contractors working on the premises and it appeared that other units were under renovation. Location is excellent and the resort would be most desirable if the rooms were updated.

Comfortable and near the shopping district
This is a great place, with nice and clean units, is nearby the businesses district and has great views of the surrounding mountains particularly from the Pueblo Center.

We needed to move to another table and listen to the staff about Hyatt vacation club’s presentation at check-in. It was annoying. We should’ve checked the view. Super partial mountain view from our room and it seems many room didn’t have good view. We recommend to check the view when booking if it’s matter. Some ways were under construction, so it took time to access to the room from the parking.

4/10 Fair

We had a terrible experience staying there! Most of the outlets did not work and I had to move furniture to find an outlet! None of the outlet worked in the bathroom! When I checked behind the bed to find a working outlet, I saw a system of extension cord that led to the only working outlet! This is not acceptable! We reported this to the management who sent a worker to evaluate the situation; he told us that the GFI needed to be replaced and that they would do it in the morning, it never happened! The lock on the balcony door would not lock and the heating/cooling system did not work correctly! The lighting was dim and was difficult to control! They compensated us by removing the extra fees and taxes! But that did not help us enjoy our stay there!!!

Could have been better.
The cushions on the patio were filthy. They had not been cleaned after someone perhaps got sick on them. The blind on the patio door was missing a slat and the cold water tap leaked.

Great location and likely to return
Great location in Sedona. Property is great though too cold to use the outdoor facilities. Could use a few more of larger hot tubs as they were often full or closed for service during the stay. Room was fine, little dated in some ways, but some areas updated. Little pricey but it was the week of Thanksgiving so typical. Parking is a little bit of a pain as it was busy and spots at are building area were limited and also a little tight. Cleaning services must have been busy or limited as they didn’t show up to service until almost 5pm on scheduled day, but they were extremely responsive to request for things like towels, pillows, etc. Easy to walk to restaurants. Overall it was a great stay and would recommend. I would come back.

6/10 Good

Room was clean. Location was good. The room was very dark inside, even with available lighting. Walls were paper thin. I thought the people in the room next door were in my room countless times. In my opinion, the room was not worth the cost. Surprised it had such a high rating.

The property is nice, easy parking and close to uptown Sedona, we easily walked there. The room was dark and cave like. Furniture and flooring was dated and the carpet needed replacing. Opening the blinds, helped, but then people walking by could see in, since we were on the ground floor. We asked to be moved, but the property was full and they couldn't find another room for us. I wouldn't stay here again.
