We stayed overnight before and after going on a cruise. On both occasions we had to change rooms. The property needs major renovations. The air conditioning didn’t work, one toilet was leaking water and the second room, the toilet seat wasn’t attached. I would not recommend staying here.

DO NOT STAY HERE

This was a stopover on the way to Florida and was pet friendly. The place was disgusting, had a foul smell as you opened the door, the refrigerator was filthy, bathroom light flickered on and off , thought I was going to wake up with bugs all around, this place should be shut down by the health department

It started out good but ended terrible. The guy that checked us in was nice and friendly the room looked nice and all until we left and came back and there was a bed bug on one of the towels and then got off the towel and was on the floor. I called the front office and the lady told me I could change room but she had a very nasty attitude about it so once we changed rooms this room had roaches in it so we bit the bullet since it was only for one night but when I say NEVER again I mean just that the beds were so uncomfortable and I really couldn’t sleep and I was graduating the next day so yeah it was a terrible experience at this hotel.

Don't go.

Leftover food in refrigerator (more than a day). Shower was not functioning correctly. Floors were dirty. TV reception was sporadic. Beds were plywood with an uncomfortable mattress. Toilet was VERY short. All door hinges were rusty. Outside was littered with trash. Mold. Walls and trim needed repair and pair. Will not revisit. Nothing like advertised.

The front desk staff for check-in was very friendly and welcoming. I was apprehensive about Studio 6 so I asked if I could see the room prior to paying. The room was OK. Nice little kitchenette in room. Bathtub was very disgusting looking, presumably clean but just dirty looking because of its age. Sheet clean looking but I immediately took off bed cover as it had many stains on it. Due to it being game weekend ALL hotels in Gainesville were $250 per night, so to pay just over $100 for short 8 hrs sleep before checking out, it suited out needs.
