Customer service is great! Room was terrible
Customer service is great! But the room was super small, we didn't get the room that was advertised when I did the reservation. The room was not worth for the price. I paid for breakfast but didn't find the time to stop by. The bathroom sink was right on the entry, no wall separation or anything.

I probably had the worst room in the house. When they say budget they mean it!
Bring your own plastic water class if you intend to drink water.

As a solo traveler, the room was a perfect size. The local was great, totally walkable to Kennedy Park and even to the beach. Tours were able to pick me up from it which is great. While not a direct amenity, there is a spa onsite which you can book separately and it was so convenient. I had the breakfast buffet once, which was just fine. Staff was generally nice and friendly. Definitely recommend, especially for solo travelers.

Probably one of the best chefs in Lima. Unfortunately the staff of the restaurant is the only one that is efficient. Maju at the front desk tried to make me pay for an extra guest when the Expedia reservation clearly said two. We had to bring the laptop to show the reservation because she assumed we were lying. Even after that she had a very bad attitude when we caught her lying. Also a valuable watch mysteriously dissapeared from the room. My verbal complaints and email were ignored. There are better places in Lima to stay at, however take your time to visit the restaurant.
