Somewhat disappointing stay
The floors in the entrance & main room were extremely unlevel and the pull out couch had definitely seen better days. The coffee pot alerted that it needed to be descaled. The bathroom @ bedroom appeared very clean. The hairdryer was not working @ we had to call maintenance to have a new one installed. Despite being told that there was an included continental breakfast when we booked the room, we were told on the morning of our check out that this was only available Mon-Fri. We stayed Sat night. It was a major inconvenience as we had additional travel once we left the hotel and was an important factor to us in the booking of this room.

The rooms were clean but need some minor repairs. The sink wasn't draining well and the shower head kept falling. Plus the tap kept dripping. But the view out the back is beautiful and well worth it. The staff were very polite as well.

Cute hotel and pet friendly
The hotel is very quaint with a great view of the lake. It doesn’t have an elevator so you would have to walk up or down the stairs to get to your room. Since it’s basically on the water, expect bugs in the room like spiders and stink bugs. That’s just life. The beds are comfortable and same with the pillows. The pet family rooms would be ideal on floor 3. It’s has sliding doors and grass for your dog to go outside.

The room over all was a good size, the balcony is nice touch - overlooking the marina and lake (although the fact that you shared the balcony was a little weird). The only complaint I had (which is did not share with staff while there) was the bathroom smelled like urine - it looked clean - so not sure where the smell was coming from. Since I only stayed overnight (checked in at 9:30 pm and checked out at 8 am) it wasn’t a big deal.
