My stay was amazing best hotel in rva for a great price..it was so clean and peaceful and a nin smoking hotel wich even tho i smoke i love, i dont ever smoke inside and dont like the smell so i like that, the staff was great and the breakfast bar was full spread..hidden gem in rva

Nice hotel in a convenient location for my business. Clean comfortable room., friendly courteous staff. The only negative is them adding a cleaning fee and now some sort of Wi-Fi charge to the advertised room rate.

Everything was good up until the next morning of our stay. The toilet was clogged and the person at the desk said we would have to plunge it ourselves unless we wanted to wait until 9am. I had to go down to the lobby to use the restroom. It was clogged as well. Ended up going to the McDonald’s next door

During breakfast, I saw a guy who looked dirty and in rags. I called the from desk’s officer attention to it. Shortly after, I saw the dirty guy at the hotel entrance smoking. I came back in the evening and still net the dirty guy at the entrance. I stayed two nights and there was housekeeping during my stay. I won't be using this hotel again.
