Got to our room and there was no toilet seat. The front door you could see through to the outside from. May want to do a little maintenance to the rooms and make sure everything is actually there before placing ppl in them. Overall we still had an ok time. Not sure if we would reserve a room there again.

Everything was fine except they have roaches. Not over run but seen probably 5 roaches in the room. Need to spray or something. But over all I’d stay there again. Also do something about those lights on the wall by bed. They’re not the right kind of lights. Those are way too bright and actually belong on the ceiling. Room # 140.

Room reeked of smoke but was a non smoking room. Toilet seat had glue on it, plug next to bed was halfway out the wall. These are just a few things. Plus my clothes in my suitcase smelled like smoke the next morning.

I typically read reviews prior to booking - this made me feel like friends / family made a bunch of 5 star reviews. I will absolutely agree with other reviews that the lady in the office is super friendly and helpful. We walked into our room, made it to the bathroom counter where a roach was crawling around the counter. Just to be sure I wasn’t over reacting, I used Google Lens to search a picture of the bug which confirmed it was a German cockroach. The lady in the office was understanding of our leaving and approved a full refund. If the room was as great as her customer service, that would have been a fabulous place to stay.

Liked having a smoking room, would have been nice to have a place to hang up clothes and even better more than just 2 bath towels. I myself use 2 towels (1 for body, 1 for hair) and then there’s my husband. And why 3 pillows and not 4 on a king size bed??? Very strange

Checking in the reception area had a funky smell. Room was clean but not even a place to set our luggage. Door to room didn’t seal well, letting in cold air. Engines revving in the parking lot in the middle of the night. Wouldn’t stay here again.
