Decent, but with some dissappointments
Overall, I had an okay experience. I chose the executive king bed room. I’m not sure if I was actually given that or not; it was supposed to included pillow selection and robes, neither were. It might have been some oversight and I didn’t complain, but I also didn’t get what I paid for. Speaking of what I paid for, I did pay for breakfast to be included. The staff were pleasant but the food was mediocre. There are a lot of places to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner nearby and I would definitely go to those places before I’d pay to have breakfast at the hotel again. Lastly, I was really kind of grossed out by the toilets that were near the dining area. The urinals were no flush and while I appreciate trying to be eco friendly, the toilets have to not smell like urine soaked carpet. Another disappointment in that same bathroom was the toilet seat. It was a cheap plastic that looked clean enough but was stained yellow. Not exactly the best experience, but it could have been much worse too.

Terrible service and reception hang up on me!
Been to many nice hotels around the globe and this so far this blew my mind away! Stayed after ski trip for two quick nights this hotel is old and need upgrade and on top of that we were given street facing room which was extremely loud. When I got home I found out they had a crazy overcharge on me for no reason and called back two times receptionist didn't even care to hear my request and hang up on me! How rude! Will never stay at this hotel and not recommending.

One Night Stay
Our stay at this Holiday was okay. No problem with the check-in. The line was big but there was 4 people on duty so things went quickly. Decided to eat supper at the restaurant because we had some discount coupons. Both of meals were fine and the desert was tasty but the service was a bit slow... not sure if it was due to the fact that the restaurant was quiet when we had went. During the evening, the fire alarm went off just after my wife had gone to sleep. That was a bit distracting but it was resolved in about 10 minutes and we did not have to evacuate (but the staff apologized the next morning during our check-out - it was an alarm in one of the guest rooms!). Overall the stay was okay.

This Holiday Inn was beautiful. It was centrally located for all the activities we participated in! We had a very filling breakfast both mornings. Beds were very comfortable and the room was clean and tidy. I definitely will be back!
