Highly recommended. This property far exceeded my expectations. From their personal touch of a message on the tv screen to the amazing view this property did not disappoint. The room was gorgeous and the functionality of it made it even more beautiful. Kudos to the designers of this corner unit. The bathroom was stunning as was the modern look of it all. Last but not least this is a very high tech hotel.

Our bed was dirty we had to call and have the sheets changed. The elevator systems was horrible had to go to lobby get new card my got deactivated. Could not check in at kiosk that went down had to wait in line for over an hour after even checking in online. Won't be back any time soon!!!

Not a kid friendly hotel!
Booked two rooms for our families, specifically requesting adjacent rooms or at least on the same floor. This request was ignored, causing unnecessary inconvenience with shared luggage. The check-out process was incredibly frustrating/nightmare!!We waited over 50 minutes for the luggage cart to arrive despite multiple calls to bell services. This unacceptable delay caused significant stress, especially with hungry children. The resort needs to address these service issues to improve the guest experience P.S: I would not try this hotel if you have young kids!!!
