Had items stolen from me that were in the pool area. When I asked the staff for help half didnt speak English. When I found someone that did they looked minimally. Said house keeping probably moved it and that was that. No looking into who took it to retrieve the items The hotel itself had holes in the blankets and the hallways smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. Pool was the only upside until we had stuff stolen.

We checked into the room and it was dirty and not vacuumed. There was trash left in the floor such as bottle tops, old snacks, etc. The indoor pool was not heated and cold, which was disappointing for the kids. A portion of the parking lot was blocked off and so we had to park in the parking lot next door, which happened to be a “Hustler Hollywood”. And our neighbor was smoking what smelled to be an illegal substance next door to us, which is very concerning because we had two small children with us. Overall disappointed
