Check in was a breeze, reception was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice, there were a few stains on the carpet. Unfortunately, the Complimentary breakfast was not good, most food was lukewarm and no flavor. Omelette station saved the day. Checkout was easy. Valeria was wonderful; my grandson left his dress shoes and she reached out via text to notify and make arrangements for pickup or option to donate. Overall very pleased.

My stay was for a reunion, of sorts, off property. My room was lovely and clean. The comfort level was superb. I wanted to go in the pool, but there were a lot of kids there, staying for other events, and it was virtually impossible. All is good...Alan at the restaurant was great. As was Connie and all the servers I met, during my two breakfast meals in house.
