Beautiful views of the ocean from our room. Only big issue was WiFi didn't work during our stay, nor did Directv, so my husband wound up watching the football game on his cell phone using cellular data. If you plan on getting a room with a pullout sofa, know it's extremely uncomfortable. My daughter who never complains about a pullout at a hotel said this one was "very uncomfortable". The staff was extremely friendly no matter who was on shift.

The room was bright and pleasant, pretty ocean view. But the bathroom shower/tub filled up with water upon use - and would not drain - so we had a difficult time showering, and had endure standing in still, dirty water. We took pictures and showed them to the attendant on duty. Also, the tub faucet had no nozzle, so it is just a bar of metal sticking out of the shower tilling - very unsafe!! Comfy bed. Good layout, of how the room was designed. Decedent tv options. Would visit again, but deeply disturbed and grossed out by the shower situation.

We love this property, we do always arrive after a busy holiday weekend. It seems that it’s not the cleanest, Not dirty, but just not as clean as it could be. You can’t beat the fact that you have a pool on the river and walk across the street to the ocean with the New York skyline on the left. The staff is very kind and accommodating.

Stayed at this property on September 12-13, 2024. The shower floor was dirty and the grout between the shower tiles was black in a large area. Bathroom fixtures showed rust. Bathroom faucet was missing a part. Mattress made a noise whenever you laid down or moved during the night. I saw hair in the dresser drawers. My room was on the pool side & I paid $200 for the night if that helps any fellow travelers.
