Major issue in the tub drain system
While my son was taking a bath, a maintenance worker knocked on the door to inform us that water was leaking downstairs because my son had filled the tub. He was using the bathtub normally, and we had experienced no issues during our five-day stay at the previous hotel. It’s important to note that this hotel costs $50 per day more than the last one, yet it has a critical plumbing issue related to the overflow drain in the tub. The maintenance worker blamed us for the water leak; however, the responsibility lies with the hotel for not fixing the plumbing issue and for failing to inform guests about it before assigning the room. Additionally, the shower only produced lukewarm water instead of hot water. As a result, we decided to leave this hotel immediately. Given these significant issues, I do not believe this hotel is worth the money, and I advise against staying there. There are many other options in the area at the same or lower prices. P.S. We are now at a nearby hotel, where my son took a bath in the same manner with no issues. We came to Orlando for his tournament, and he was able to enjoy a hot tub to refresh himself peacefully at another hotel.
