The property is located in a very beautiful area. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Very limited choices for breakfast and the food was not up to standards one would expect. We expected more from a "resort" property.

First room I got smelled of urine. It was a dog friendly room, but the smell was really bad. Second room we got was sandwiched between a screaming baby and a small dog that constantly barked until 10pm. I called the front desk to let them know, and they already seemed to be aware of it, but the barking continued. We used to love staying here because of its convenience and dog-friendliness, but might need to reconsider for next time. The customer service was attentive and helpful, but the cleanliness and comfort wasn’t there.
