Was a good stay overall. We came in with our puppy ( on a leash) the manager was walking by quickly and barked at us to put our dog on a leash. I replied she is. He just kept walking with no aplology. Other than that it was good.

The name says it all! Well-Staffed, great location, clean, safe, good parking, some quiet areas decorated beautifully for relaxing by a fireplace or playing a game of checkers. Good breakfast buffet, Tea & cookies 2-4pm. Good family hotel too!

Denied a room and no help with a refund
We booked a 1 night stay after filtering for pet friendly hotels. We received a confirmation saying they couldn't wait to welcome us and our pet. The sign outside said pet friendly. Then at check in we were told we couldn't bring in our adventure cat. The clerk took back our keys and would not help with a refund. We left a voicemail for management the next day and received no response. This was the worst customer service of our cross country trip.
