"Clean quiet beautiful "

"i felt at home at this beautiful family run hotel. it is in the middle of Pisac so easy to step out the door to all you need, but very quiet at night for sleeping. breakfast was delicious and the rooms clean and comfortable. i will come back!"

"William and his family are wonderful ppl. Their place is located in the heart of Peru, and believe me when I say they have a big heart and will make sure your stay is special! His dad Filipe is an amazing cook, and his mom makes amazing souvenirs. Of course it is rustic, but this is what we came for. Their home is only a 20-min drive from the 7 Lagunas trek, which I highly recommend! William has a driver he can call if needed. If you are looking to experience spending time at some locals and disconnect, this is the RIGHT place for you. "

"The photos looked great and stated a king bed, I made sure to ask for the king bed at the property and they gave us a double bed. We made the best of it but our shower had a dead grasshopper in it along with used soap from the previous tenants, the shower curtain was also filthy and the room was over all super dusty. It was super loud you could hear the conversations from the lobby in the room. Do not recommend. "

"Front staff need to be trained at least 10 times to be able to do things right. These people follow you around and asked other employees to follow you also. Worst experience in my life…."

"I can recommend this sanctuary of a hotel for the beauty, service, breakfast , comfortable bed, sound of the river, trail behind the hotel and the bathtub ( a rare find in the sacred valley. Frank and Lyda were attentive and helpful. They went out of their way for us. I absolutely love room 3, which is on the second floor with a gorgeous view of the river. Frank cools delicious eggs and the fresh bread varies. There is fresh juice and the view of the trees is lovely. The room was very clean all three times, and there is a skylight over the bathtub. The bathroom is very pretty and there are good pillows. The room is spacious, and Frank ( and the entire staff) ensure you have all you need . "
