incredible experience, the room is so beautiful. we were very grateful to our host and his family for their time and their wonderful support. meals were delicious and they catered so so well to our last minute request for vegetarian meals. 100% perfect all around, so recommended!!
The Staff are friendly,helpful and willing to assist your stay.The hotel is in an open, bright surrounding and offers comfort in all areas of the hotel. Easy access to internet , food great to start the day next to Plaza de Armas and the general shopping area for tourist buys and foods. Highly recommend so much so I booked 2 extra nights.
The 'muchachos' were very helpful and responsive to requests. They speak both English and Spanish. They organised taxis as needed, were very flexible to time of serving meals, and provided advice to seeing the sights. Rooms were clean the the place felt very comfortable and welcoming. The views of Puno and the lake were spectacular and you can walk on the property to see amazing views to the north and east. Wonderful for photography. Spent two nights here breaking the journey from Cusco to La Paz. Friendly family-run place a minute or two from the Plaza de Armas, banks, restaurants etc. clean, comfortable rooms with hot water and strong wifi. Recommended, and would stay again.

Wow - the hosts were incredibly kind and hospitable. Starting with being woken when we arrived at 5 in the morning and allowing us to check in after our long bus trip!!! They also made us an early breakfast before we went on our tour that same morning!!
Our room was huge and airy and with a lovely hot shower. We slept so well - the bed was so comfy and warm and the room was quiet.
The hosts also let us stow our bags on the day of checkout and let us wait in their lobby for the late night bus....
