"The room needed a renovation. The room was on two levels, bed upstairs and bathroom downstairs. The seating area in the room was not very comfortable and the furniture was well worn.

Valet parking was available and easy to access as the palazzo is located in the pedestrian area.
We booked an executive junior suite for family of 3, the sofa bed is small/twin size, which was a little surprising to me but the view made up for it.
We only had breakfast in the restaurant which looked beautiful but we usually prefer to walk around and try something outside of the hotels."
