I had a fantastic time , staff were very warm, stunning hotel.

Wonderful stay for my husbands birthday, amazing views of the lake, warm, comfortable beds and wonderful evening meal in restaurant. A highlight of our much longer holiday. A beautiful property .

We booked this hotel for a one night stopover but wish we'd stayed longer. The staff were excellent and very friendly, helping us find parking as there was an annual lake marathon on and the town was full. They even offered to move their own car to accomodate ours. It is a very short 2 minute walk to the lake and some nice pubs/eateries. The in house restaurant was exceptional and a great find. The room was clean and tidy making for a comfortable night. When we arrived at the hotel in early March, the town was covered in snow and realy deep as it is in the Orobio Mountaines near the Swiss border but within easy travel to Bergamo and Milan. The hotel was completely empty expcept for us as at this time of the year it is between seasons and most of the town don't live there. The hotel was clean, comfortable and warm and the breakfasts which were included were substantial and not just the "continental breakfast" type of coffee and a croisant. Staff...

There is not enough words I can write about how good this place is. Family run and well run to the point we felt like it was a Home Stay! Thank-you for making our trip to Bracca so nice. The room was clean, quiet and cool for the hot summer. The pool and view were amazing and the local area so traditional. The only hard part was working out when we can get back.

This is a great hotel, fabulous staff, food, breakfast and service. A balcony room is over the water and with fantastic views. The pool is also on the lake and excellent. However the local area is very run down, this hotel is probably the best on the whole 60 kms of shoreline. The town of Iseo, a long walk or an easy bike ride, is a highlight, great shopping and restaurants, however the one in the hotel is also great, but a little expensive. Overnight stay. Basic room with access to courtyard. No water in room or fridge. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Staff were accommodating. Easy parking. Sweet boutique hotel.
