"This place is great and I highly recommend it to anyone. The desk staff are amazing and from the minute I showed up they were focused on making my stay as comfortable as possible. They took the time to walk my family around the facility, show me where our rooms were, how to access them with the codes, the dining area, and even made me a coffee as we covered the breakfast time. "Whilst the hotel was been renovated, we enjoyed our entire stay that included a morning breakfast each day. The staff were especially friendly and went out of their way to assist. Claudia & Daniel made it easier to converse since they both spoke English. "

We had no issues and the host Bianca made our stay very easy , pleasant and perfect. I recommend this place if you have to be in that area! "I have been going to Filonardi for more than 30 years. The staff and service is always good. Unfortunarely, the hotel has seen better days. This used to be a lovely hotel with a good restaurant. The hotel needs to be refurbished. There is no longer a restaurant. "
