Bit hard to find but out of the way, quiet , clean , great value for money and a beautiful room. If you have a car it’s perfect. Just keep driving until you get to the end of the road!

This hotel is an oasis of tranquilty in an old town, but away from tourist intensity. Contemporary comfort , customer service at superior level from reception (used whats App for satellite images to guide me down slip road!), Pool looking onto mountains and fields was sublime. Then a music session with singer and guitar at 5pm all hotel guests loved. Food was really good at dinner, and breakfast was custom made eggs to order plus continental. This studio apartment has all we needed for our 5 day stay. The location was excellent for access to the old town. The only downside was the fact that the bathroom was part of the unit and a visit to the loo was very public. Lol. Overall it suited us perfectly. Paul. 69yrs New Zealand.

We were happy with our stay at El Tajo Hotel, staff were friendly, breakfast had a nice selection (10 Euro if not included) and we also booked here as we had a hire car and they have an underground car park (convenient but tight with an SUV). The location is excellent, walkable to all of the main attractions in Ronda and the staff made some great recommendations for Dinner just a 5 minute walk away.

We stayed in the room with the open balcony overlooking the bridge. The room was basic but spacious and clean. But that view! What a stunning vista! An absolute highlight of our trip to Ronda.

had a fine stay, great for access to ronda and environs. Expedia screwed up the payment to the hotel sadly and we had the hotel asking us to pay for the room when we had already done so with expedia. But the owners said not to worry they would chase expedia for the missing monies.

We thoroughlu enjoyed our stay here - so much so we tried to book another night but the hotel was full! The property is stunning and the beautiful gardens it looks out on like a lush oasis with the dry mountain terrain surrounds. The staff work tirelessly if you're after any help, guidance or a meal in the restaurant (which we would certainly recommend you try!) but mostly the hotel is run such that you're left to enjoy the peace and quiet, making yourself at home in the numerous living...
