"Staff were all very helpful, spoke excellent English, were patient with our broken Spanish. They were accommodating, interesting sources of local information, and enhanced our amazing stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. Room was spacious, beds were super comfortable, the room was impeccably clean, quiet and the turn down service was excellent. Location of the hotel is prefect being so close to the metro."

Liked the sturdy balcony window that open/shut easily, as the street was full of lively pedestrians 24/7 (happy we brought ear plugs). Nice bathroom fixtures and shower had good water pressure.
