because we stayed for a week recommend you ask for a bigger room.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The building is beautiful and our room was very comfortable and clean. We had a wonderful little balcony. Parking was available and it was close to Granada and all of the sights of Granada.

Very pleased with the service and general condition of the hotel and pool area. The only downsides were the lack of drawers or shelving for smaller clothing and the sharp wooden corners of the bed which hurt our legs several times. In addition, maps for tourists in different languages would assist. The hotel is a little bit off the track, but there are excellent alternative facilities adjacent

Shops nearish, staff were lovely, great buffet breakfast, lovely pool up top

Easy to be there short walks to venues. Very clean and comfortable manager was very helpful with all requests. Well priced value for money not noisy as in other venues.

The room was more spacious than I was expecting, with a separate space for the toilet / shower and the sink. Lots of room for wardrobe and extra storage. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast cost €13.50 if you sign up to Catalonia Rewards and had an extensive list of options.

Great location if planning to see Al Hambra. Bus outside hitelbtongead to the vibrant city centre. We loved it here.

Really nice hotel in a good location right next to the metro (which goes to the train and bus stations). My room was away from the main road, so was very quiet. The staff were great, and the breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. I would be happy to stay here again

Great and very comfortable stay at this property! The staff were very helpful and able to give us suggestions on local restaurants and transport options. Breakfast was also very good. Will definitely recommend staying here if you are looking for a place that is a short walk from major attractions while also being removed from the hustle and bustle of the central area, this is an excellent location!

I expected a B&B with few frills but got a quality room with high quality bathroom, good facilities, on site parking and staff who went out of their way to help. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Family of 4 stayed in apt 2B. We were over the moon With the view we had of the Alhambra from the Windows. We loved the location (even the all night party peopl on the street) as it was an easy walk up to Alhambra and near lots of nice restaurants & bars with the river at your door. A very bohemian neighborhood. Apartment itself was very modern, comfortable, spacious and clean. Loved it.

Two nights in Granada. Nice welcome by staff and the manager greeted us next morning as well. Hotel provides on site parking which is handy and is in a very good condition. Good breakfast provided and cannot fault it really for a well run 3 star hotel.

Beautiful authentic building in a great location. Staff were unobtrusive but always helpful when needed. Easy walking to cathedral and Plaza Nueva. Great view of the Alhambra from our tiny balcony. We used taxis and buses. Bus stop near hotel. Buses can take you to the Alhambra or the centre of Granada or up into Albaicin.

Loved the atmosphere and ambiance of Hotel America. It was just as I imagined a Spanish Inn of the past would be like. The location had both positive and negative aspects: being at the Alhambra certainly was special and getting into Palace late of night (ticket booked in advance a must) was superb and; down side was eateries available for dinner. The staff were super helpful and extremely pleasant, nothing seemed too difficult for them to assist me. Breakfast was just right for me - juice,...

Excellent breakfast, great location and very helpful staff. Wonderful view of the Alhambra from our room. A relatively easy walk to the train station (we are both 69 years old). Lots of good places to eat or have a drink and tapas.

Great choice if you have a car. Short easy drive to Granada, easy parking. Hotel is in the hills between Granada and the Sierra Nevada mountains with great views. Restaurant serves up very good food and wine at reasonable prices. Staff friendly and helpful.
