"We absolutely loved our stay at the mittersill castle hotel. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a drink in the Schlosshof. We were shown to our room, which was beautiful. So spacious with a gorgeous view. We booked the half pension for the first night, and the food was delicious. The second night we ate from the menu al a crate. Once again, delicious. We went to the spa everyday, and were very impressed with the sauna.

buffet top notch with a wide variety of food. The spa was so good and even better than many dedicated spa resorts (they had 4 different types of saunas!). Gym was brand new with a large selection of workout equipment and the wing of the hotel we stayed at was also brand new.

"We had a very nice stay at Hotel Bechlwirt. The hotel staff/owners were extremely helpful and attentive answering questions we had about the area. It is very conveniently placed - easy to walk to the bus stops for skiing and some great apres ski and restaurant options all in walkable distance. Far better to stay in Kirchberg than Kitzbuhel in our opinion! A fast train can take you to Kitzbuhel when you want to go. "
