"This was a conveniently located medium-budget hotel, a short distance from the beautiful centre of Gengenbach. The staff were very helpful and friendly and I enjoyed my stay there. The room decor could do with a refresh and the shower was a bit leaky, but apart from that, it fulfilled its purpose really well. It is a great place to stay in that, once parked up, you are a short stroll to a selection of fine restaurants."

Convenient location for a day trip to Europapark or Strasbourg, but Offenburg itself is a cute little black forest town as well with plenty of shopping, dining and other facilities. I enjoyed the stay and will definitely consider it again when in the region. "

Only negative comment is, for a such a large room and bathroom, please design some bathroom bench space, guests have more than a toothbrush."

Room was immaculate, not the largest but everything was new, or nearly so and worked well.
The breakfast was good and plentiful, with all you would want and expect.
It's a 5 minute walk from the centre of town, or 20 minutes from the rail station."

To swim and watch kites and eagles overhead is a rare pleasure and now a glorious memory. Criticisms - the room tended to get quite hot and there is public transport but it’s a bit of a walk away, but those a minor criticisms. On the main question - would I go back? Yes. Gladly. Gratefully."
