"Really good communication and quick responses to any queries. Clean apart from when I moved sofa closer to TV...dust and hair. Free toiletries, great shower. The bed and pillows were best ive ever had. The pool is refreshing 😁. Definitely need some chairs to use as there's no chairs around pool area and there's ants on artificial grass. Could do with some folding chairs left in the apartment wardrobes or somewhere downstairs, near the pool. Could ask for a rental deposit for them so they are returned? Not far from the city centre. We walked everywhere. We had a really bad experience of the Italian pizzeria next door. The pizza was tasteless and undercooked. My husband was sick afterwards. We picked the apartment due to AC and the pool. Pools are a rarity in Alicante centre."

"Lovely apartment with great kitchen facilities and lovely bedrooms, living room and bathrooms. The staff were very helpful. We could borrow a parasol and chairs to go to the beach. The pool was lovely although a little bit small if there were a lot of people using it. There was plenty of seating outside although the loungers weren't in the sun for a lot of the day. The beach was very close by and a supermarket around the corner. The lids really enjoyed playing in the park that was next to the hotel. We really enjoyed our time here! Would recommend!"

"This place is approximately 20 minutes by tram from the centre. It is a university accommodation however you have all you need for a nice stay. My room had a fridge, TV, powerful shower. Plenty of places to eat locally. I believe you can get breakfast at the place also. The check-in went smoothly, staff very helpful. You have to check out by 12, which is good timing. They will also look after your bag if needs be. The only negative I can think of is that the walls between the rooms are thin and you can hear the other person when they are speaking."

"Welcoming and helpful staff when we arrived. Great fun bedroom with huge beds and plenty of space. Toys and decorations in the room were fabulous. The free activities like the water fun and the trampoline kept the kids cool and entertained! Restaurant for dinner was good value for money and generous portions. Great that the kids were entertained during and after dinner in the playroom with the monitors. Overall very fun stay especially for the kids who didn’t want to leave!"
