"Solid hotel. Not really equipped for tourists - limited English speakers, no English on coupons, etc. Adventurous English speaking travelers can use Google Translate app to assist. Everyone was very nice. It’s next to a police station (safe). The entrance after hours is in the back alley which is currently undeveloped but safe.
