"The stay was nice, its a beautiful staycation, Marcus and Michael were very nice to us. The sad part was we couldn’t experience the night stay as we got locked out due to a miscommunication from them. Had a car to sleep luckily. We did get in in the morning and had a nice breakfast and some bed sleep.
They said they wouldn’t charge for stay and breakfast so I thought they were genuinely sorry. But the refund never came.
So there is a large scope of improvement.
But its a nice and cozy stay....

"We had a short stay in this hotel but we loved it , really nice and professional, pleasant staff, amazing breakfast, spacious and clean rooms . Location just great and close to the slopes and in middle of all shopping area. Definitely recommended!! Thank you "

"The only good thing is if you go with family and try to stay in all the time then it is cool . They give you only specific table to sit town you have no right to choose and surprisingly got charged for service fee which they didn’t even clean my room"
