Very nice location near a lot of restaurants, the marina mall for shopping & entertainment & some fine dining venues too.
The hotel will drop you off you by golf cart if you feel that it is too hot to walk there.
On the downside, the water is full of jellyfish so difficult to enjoy the sea & when sunbathing, expect to be bitten by a bunch of mini-insects.

The hotel is new and there is alot of restaurants in al bida so you arent limited to the hotel, the pool is on the roof though not in front of the beach, that pool on the beach is exclusive to a private gym member's not for hotel guest."

"The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, it was a good place to stay. There were many restaurants in the plaza, same building area, so easy to get to. The meals I had were very good. The only downside is there really isn't anything around the hotel, so while you have many options inside, that's pretty much it. But, I would stay again for close to the airport."

I wish I had discovered this pearl of a place much sooner as I’d avoided some of the other places I ended up regrettably staying at.
On the plus touristy side, you can also watch the Fountain Show located less than 5 min walk from the motel in the outdoor area of the mall.
