Situ of property is excellent and no issues with staff.
I arrived not knowing there wasn’t a lift at the property and I’m am on crutches.
Our room was changed within 10 minutes to a ground floor upgraded room at no extra charge.

"The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was cleaned on a daily basis thoroughly with fresh towels. Opening the door proved difficult. I would prefer a much easier form of opening. The pool was fantastic and Im so 0leased it was open despite the weather not being very warm at times. Great to have service by the pool. "This is a really nice clean well appointed family hotel with plentiful helpful friendly staff with good English.
If you’re ‘early to bed’ types I’d suggest not getting a sea view room as the kids outside evening entertainment is quite loud and goes on until fairly late. That’s the only thing I’d forewarn of, otherwise a lovely place to stay."
