"Our stay at La Medusa Dimora di Charme was absolutely amazing - the hotel is simply magnificent, super well kept, and a beautiful elegance that makes one think of a different time. The lobby, large garden, swimming pool, bar areas, and front are stunning, and the view of the grand Vesuvio takes your breath away. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast at the roof terrace super tasty and fresh. The service is beyond words! Friendly, charming and warm hearted people are around...

"The staff were very courteous, accommodating and knowledgeable. The building is outdated but very well maintained. The parking across the highway was inconvenient and the check in parking is inadequate. The hot water was either too hot or too cold and difficult to adjust. It eventually became satisfactory. The building's common areas including the dining room are very attractive. The grounds are exceptional as are the pool and spa

"A really nice hotel in beautiful surroundings, with a staff that is overly helpful and kind. However, it should be noted that the pool is part of Villa Minieri Eventi and not Villa Minieri Resort, which means that the pool is prioritized for events. So the pool may not necessarily be available when you arrive, especially during the summer when many weddings are held here. We have truly enjoyed the hotel and the staff who do their best to please you."

"Very friendly and helpful staff , nothing was too much trouble . Super views from the balcony where breakfast was served . Room was perfect , had a comfortable bed and great shower . Our large balcony / outdoor sitting area led directly to the main pool area . Hotel provided a shuttle bus that could be booked to the local town , but it’s also walkable. The public bus also stopped right outside the hotel . Dinner seemed expensive and lots of choice in the town so we didn’t eat in the hotel...
