"Amazing stay! Beautiful hotel right in the heart of the old town. A great base and location for exploring the surrounding area and less than a minute's walk to the beach and main promenade. The room and hotel was spotless and looked brand new. The bed was comfortable and the room was perfect for what I needed with so many useful amenities. The staff were absolutely wonderful and so helpful. Nothing was too much for them. Cristina was fabulous and I loved talking to her and learning about Spain...

"Staff were all very helpful , friendly and professional. Rooms were outstanding the housekeeping was immaculate . One of the nicest rooms we have stayed in in Benidorm. There is a balcony / conservatory which has wonderful sea views . The rooms were quiet and the sound of the waves lapping the shore all night made it dreamy . The food was outstanding! Excellent choice and of extremely good quality . We would say that the pool be a little dated but still enjoyed it. Nice few bars on the way...

"Was a last minute booking after my beachfront hotel (Marconi) cancelled me with no explanation. I had a hire car for golf so the parking was excellent & safe! Large double room & bathroom. Staff very friendly. Would def go back. 6euros taxi to beachfront or use the us the bus fom the station. "

"We judt got navk and the pierre vacances was a great place. The views are something else! The pool was big and they had a free shuttle every 20 mins to the beach. Cant fault this place"

"The hotel was of very poor quality, in desperate need of modernisation! No air conditioning in the building and no fans were offeredas the weather was exceptionally hot!! Room was very basic - door latch was broken, bottom of the bathroom door was rotten, no room cleaning service or fresh towels for duration of the stay, and we had to empty our bins to get our deposit back at the end of our stay!! No staff available at night. Pool water looked so dirty, I did not dare to go in! Very...
