"bring a mop and broom if you stay longer than 1 day. we stayed 7 and had to clean the room before we moved in. Book 3rd party cause desk is lot more. they run 2 hotel names and 2 prices at the same front desk"

"I booked a handicap room through Expedia. When we arrived, the man at the desk said that all of the handicap room were full & the one they had me in was not wheelchair accessible. We asked if they have a shower bench that i could use in the bathtub & he said, yes. We said that room would be ok & we could make it work if they had a shower bench. He said, "let me get that ready for you & you can come get it." 😏 So, we go up to the room & my husband went down after quite some time to get the chair. They guess they don't have a chair. It's already being used. (No call up to the room to let us know) The next morning we went to call to the desk to see if it was possibly available & the phone doesn't even have a cord connected to the wall! (Explains why we didn't get a call about the bench... maybe) we stopped at the desk to speak with the manager who was extremely apologetic & tried to make the experience right by moving us to an accessible room for our second night. While my husband went to pack, she discovered that room had a hole in the shower making it inoperable. So, she put us in a different room that has more room, but when we got to the room, it hadn't been cleaned. She has the room cleaned while we left to eat. Luckily, I had my husband with me on this trip or it could have been a very dangerous situation because there were no bars next to the toilet, not enough room to get close enough to the bed, & no way to access the shower. It was a frustrating trip!"

"Looking a bit worn. Carpet in the elevator is bad. Breakfast is subpar. Spoke to several guest who were going out for a decent breakfast. Missing furniture in my room. Okay for an overnight at WinStar."

"Cleanliness of the room is okay, the fine details could be better, doors need wiped down and walls in bathroom. Better covers/blankets on beds would be nice. "

"Room was filthy with snack mix scattered on floor. No towels, bathroom was dingy and tub looked dirty. Only good things were comfortable bed and nicr clean sheets. Hotel looked like homeless people were staying in most rooms. Will not book here again! Also breakfast room was freezing cold and poor selection of w"
