10/10 Excellent
"This is a very clean property on a hill located at the edge of ‘Old Town’ Florence; only a three block walk to restaurants, galleries, and bars. Overall, very clean and well maintained. The front desk staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable regarding local points of interests. Very quiet at night. Only one criticism, which may not impact all travelers - Internet bandwidth is limited/unstable , and in my case, hampered zoom meeting participation during 6am PT (9am EST) meetings. Overall, this is a winner and I plan to stay here again."
