"Accommodating staff and a clean environment. "

"The staff was amazing. The rooms were not clean. It looked like the sheets haven’t been changed they had stains on them. The sockets in the room weren’t working in certain areas. The frig wasn’t working. It was plugged in but was warm. The remote control barely worked and I wasn’t able to take the back off to change the batteries. It was also extremely muggy in the hallways and elevator "

"The room was clean. The noise from the machines outside made sleeping terrible. Water and tv stop working out last day. Had to get dressed at a family members house. When we checked out and told staff. I was told it was a storm and hope I had a good stay. That was it. "

"Ac unit was broken. The girl came and reset it and said it was blowing again,but it kept turning off and never got below 80. We called her again to tell her and she basically said the panel had gone out and ongoing issue but there was nothing they could do about it. She said they didn’t have other rooms and couldn’t refund us. Miserable sleep,‘humid room that stunk, and overall, wouldn’t recommend. "

"Hotel is showing its age and the rooms weren't as clean as I would like. The biggest issue was cleaning crews barging into our room both mornings (do not disturb hung on door) and waking us up in a panic. Beds were not very comfortable either. Staff however at the front desk was always very nice and pleasant. "

"Staff was very friendly. Appreciated the late check out. Room was clean and spacious. The beds are very high, but comfortable. "
