All other staff were so hardworking, polite and helpful - iberostar please give them a raise! Food was delicious and entertainment was fab, we particularly enjoyed the acrobats and the kids loved the Moana themed show. Didn’t use the kids club but it looked great and the staff were awesome.

But within a week I needed to have two reparations done, one of the elevators was broken for days. So even if it looks new and has 4* it's still not perfect. Food was good and of good quality. I only booked half board, drinks cost extra at dinner time. One glass of wine is 4,50 Euro. Paying extra for all inclusive might actually pay off. There are a few pretty beaches nearby to...
